Privacy Policy

Early-stage version · Last updated 2026

The short version: L&D Pro stores the account details and content you give it so the apps can work, your content stays yours, I don't sell your data, and you can ask me to delete everything at any time. The details are below.

What I store

  • Account info — your name, email, and login identity (sign-in is handled by a third-party identity provider; I don't store your password).
  • Content you create — courses, portfolios, uploads, and media you add to the apps.
  • Basic technical data — session cookies, and standard security/log data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service running and prevent abuse.

How I use it

Only to run and improve L&D Pro: to sign you in, store and display your content, keep the service secure, fix bugs, and understand what's working. I do not sell your personal information, and I don't run advertising or cross-site tracking.

Who else touches your data

I use a small number of service providers to actually run the apps — for example hosting, database, email delivery, an identity provider for login, and AI APIs that power some features (only the input needed for a given feature is sent). These providers process data on my behalf so the service can function; I don't sell data to anyone.

Your content stays yours

Content you create or upload belongs to you. I store and process it only to provide the service to you (and to share it where you explicitly choose to, such as a public portfolio link). Delete your content, or ask me to delete your account, whenever you like.

Cookies & sessions

L&D Pro uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your account secure. These are required for the apps to work; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping & deleting data

Your account and content are kept until you delete them or ask me to remove your account. Backups follow my hosting providers' normal schedules. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, just email me (below).

Security (honestly)

I use reasonable safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed secrets — but no system is perfectly secure, and this is an early-stage project run by one person. Please don't store anything you can't afford to lose or wouldn't want exposed.

Children

L&D Pro isn't intended for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

I may update this policy as the project evolves. Meaningful changes will be posted on this page.
